Hi all

I was given this formula that will reproduce all the data after the '-' symbol

Code:
=TRIM(REPLACE(C785,1,LOOKUP(2^15,FIND("-","-"&C785,ROW(INDIRECT("1:"&LEN(C785)))))-1,""))

so on this example:

SC2272-02 - Little River Band, The - Lonesome Loser

with the above formula, this is the result

Lonesome Loser

Can the code be adjusted so that everything after the FIRST '-' is displayed, so with athe above example the result would actualy be:

Little River Band, The - Lonesome Loser

any help appreciated
thanks

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
Yet another possibility:
=REPLACE(C785,1,FIND("- ",C785)+1,"")
