Formula adjustment Please !

When I put the Lexicographic number in G1 and press enter it return in A1:E1 the combination, but here something is wrong somewhere.

Because I get two 31 in D1 and E1 usually it works fine.

I guess something is not right in the table in M:R which is used for the calculations.

I have to put a link because it would be to complicated to explain.

Or maybe someone have a better way to calculate the Lexicographic number ?

Can someone look at it please and see if the problem could be fix ?
Or I wouldn't mind having a macro doing the same work.
