Formula Assistance Please - If that than this

Cell B5 calculates the 6-month mark based on start Cell A9.

Cell H5 is the problem.

If cell B5 returns a date that is equal to the first of the month (true) then Cell H5 should reflect the same date .. in this case 2/1/2023.

However if cell B5 returns a date that is NOT equal to the first of the month – then I want H5 to reflect the first of the next month (3/1/2023) from the date returned.

I have tried multiple IF formulas and it is still coming out wrong .. I am at a loss.
