Ok question for those smarter than me with formulas.
I need a formula to calculate orders keyed after cutoff. Cutoff is 12 noon. Here is a sample of the data. I can text to columns the time out of the column.

ORD # ORD DT ENT DT DLV DT ENT SYS
879137 4/1/2011 4/1/2011 4/1/2011 0.00 3/30/2011 12:39
879144 4/1/2011 4/1/2011 4/1/2011 0.00 3/30/2011 12:42
879590 4/1/2011 4/1/2011 4/1/2011 0.00 3/31/2011 8:19

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Hi
I can't tell by your post whether the time is by itself or in a date.
If it's by itself try
Code:
=COUNTIF(F2:F5,">12:00")
