Hi all,
I've just used a different laptop and noticed that when a time in a cell shows as 17:00, it actually shows as 05:00:00 PM in the formula bar, which is confusing people.
I've done some searching and most places say it's the short time format or region settings but they match what's on my laptop and mine displays 17:00 in the formula bar.
I've tried time settings, custom settings hh:mm
We're both using sharepoint and online excel. (I also use Excel 2016 with no issues.
How do I change the formula bar to show the same time format as what's in the cell?
