Formula: Control number basis percent

I need to get the desired outcome basis the percentage I choose.

Hope the below example clarifies:

OneTime Price	Monthly Price		Total Yearly Revenue	Total Cost Incured (fixed item)	Ratio %
100​	10​		220​	100​	45%​

One needs to pay One time + Monthly as the total price.
Total Yearly Revenue = One Time Price + Monthly Price x 12
Ratio % = Total Cost Incured / Total Yearly Revenue

This is the base formula (no change needed here)

Now normally, if I need to change the Ratio I change the Monthly Price. However I need the Monthly Price basis the Ratio %. So that If i set the Ratio % to say 50% the Monthly Price should change accordingly.
Can anyone help suggest a formula change here please
