When I type a formula in a cell in Excel, the formula is displayed in the cell rather than the results. What causes that and how do I fix it?

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
The formula cell is text formatted.

Either select all formula cells and find and replace all instances of the = sign or set the format of the cells to General and hit the F2 function key.
