Formula for Average of a column which has two numbers in one cell

Hello all,

I am currently stuck with this problem. I want to do some averaging on a column, in which there is a cell with 2 numbers.
It is more or less something like this

The way I would like to calculate is: First, an Average of A2 should be calculated and then the overall average.
In this case, the end result should be 2,00

Is it possible to do it this way with excel?
