Formula for cell value exceeding another cell value by less than a certain amount

Hi

I have the following formula

Excel Formula:
UPPER(IF(C6>D6,"*NO. RUNS YTD > " &LogYear-1 & " YTD*",""))

Can you please tell me how I can amend this formula so the text appears only if the value in C6 exceeds D6 by less than 10?

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
How about
Excel Formula:
=UPPER(IF(AND(C6>D6,C6<D6+10),"*NO. RUNS YTD > " &LogYear-1 & " YTD*",""))
