Hi

Can anyone help me with the formula for a donut chart.

What I am trying to do is get the donut to display all green if the amount is below the target of 30.8% and if it goes over this amount the donut would be red.

I'm using a MAX formula, but I know this is wrong and can't work it out.
Any help would be appreciated:
=MAX(V29,Setup!U16-L62)

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
i'm not great with donut charts. but when i've done other charts where there is a condition i've made a second series for that condition and 100% overlay the primary chart. So maybe a series with IF(PPC>30,0,30). If this series is "brought to front" on the chart it will overlay the values less than 30% of the first series.

if you can use xl2bb and post your data folks can experiment.

Alas, I cannot get the donut to overlay, it puts the series in concentric circles, but no opportunity to overlap.

Hi
Thanks for your help
I'm sure it's something to do with my formula as I have copied and pasted from others in my sheet.
I think what I am trying to do is find the right formula so that if it is below 30.8% it stays red.

Argh!
