I have an internet usage document and have a fraction column for each region of the world and a percentage and decimal columns.

I would like a formula that will give the answer in a fraction (we have to have many diffrent methods of displaying the data e.g. fractions decimals percentages)

i already have the answers in percentage and decimals so i know you can convert percentages to fractions but i dont know the formula??? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ???

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Right click the cell, choose Format Cells, click Fraction on the Number tab and choose the Type you want.

It's just a matter of using the %age figure and then applying the fraction number format ( menu command Format/Cells/Number/Fraction ).
