Hi
When I use the formula
Excel Formula:
=min(T226:T550)
to find the lowest number in a row, It returns a false number because T270:T550 is blank. I will add numbers about every couple of weeks.
Is there a way to have the formula not include blank cells?

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
Min ignores blanks and it even ignores text including empty strings ie "".
Do you have a formula in column T and can you show us what that formula is ?
Is you "blank" zero a formatted to show as blank by any chance ?

Solution
Hi Alex
after your reply, I went back and took a better look at the numbers and found the "false" number in the row. I thought all the numbers were above 600 and below 800.
the result was 455. that's why I thought i have a wrong result.

Thanks for your help
