formula for more values in one cell

Hi everyone!

In my degree work I have to calculate hundreds and hundreds average values from saved data sheets. I need help to find out how to calculate average from cells with multiple values divided like this:

example

this is first cell:

Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
You will need to parse the data, try text to columns and use comma & space as the delimiters.
