formula for more values in one cell

In my degree work I have to calculate hundreds and hundreds average values from saved data sheets. I need help to find out how to calculate average from cells with multiple values divided like this:

All cells with values are in the same column, so dynamic formula would be perfect.

You will need to parse the data, try text to columns and use comma & space as the delimiters.
