Hi! I'd like to put in a date (in the yellow box) and the average for that same date (row 16, for example) will automatically pull into the little table on the right (column X:Y). Right now I have the data in column Y pointing directly at a specific cell which I change every week. I'd like to just put the date in the yellow box and everything automate. Any ideas? Thank you!

xlookup will make quick work of this. For example, in cell Y9:
Excel Formula:
=XLOOKUP(Y2,C2:V2,C16:V16,"",0)
