I am using =CONCATENATE(Detailed_View!B2," ",Detailed_View!A2), but i would like to use this with a Lookup. On current sheet i would put this formula in column B for a return.

What i need to do is if column D matches column D on Detailed_View then return Detailed_View!B2," ",Detailed_View!A2.

What i am trying to do is match column D and D from other sheet to return the first and last name on Detailed_view sheet.

How about
Excel Formula:
=IFERROR(CONCATENATE(INDEX(Detailed_View!$B$2:$B$300,MATCH(D2,Detailed_View!$D$2:$D$302,0))," ",INDEX(Detailed_View!$A$2:$A$300,MATCH(D2,Detailed_View!$D$2:$D$302,0))),"")
