Formula Help if possible??

Hi,

I have 2 tabs one called "NAME CHANGE" & the other "DAY & NIGHT TEAM" now what I would like if possible is within the "NAME CHANGE" tab put a formula in K6 which would look at a persons name in H6 then look for the same name within a row range (AC5:AC370) in "DAY & NIGHT" tab if the names matched then it would look down that relevant column & count up the number times the word "HOL" has been used & return the count. the entire range is AC5:AL370.
