Formula Help Needed

I'm trying to create an easy way to track golf stats. Each player has a score in 8 different events. Each score earns points. We total the points at the end. So in this example, Joey plays in events 1 thru 8 and has the scores listed under each number (C3, E3, etc...). Each score earned him the listed amount of points, listed immediately to the right of the score (D3, F3, etc...). Here's where it gets messy. Each player gets to throw out their two worst scores from events 1-8, so we will total the points accumulated by the six best scores. In my example, Joey's best scores are 1-6. I would need to total only the Points from those meets into the cell titled "Season Points" (S3). The next player might have his two worst score in events 2 and 5 though, so we need the formula to pick out the best six score regardless of which events they occur in. I hope I explained that well.

Thanks in advance. This place is great!

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Here is a link to the image so you can see what I have laid out already since I can't seem figure out how to post the image.
