Formula Help - Return Value from Lookup Table if Cell is between dates

I have a table of dates that return a Fiscal Year value if the cells value is between two dates. Not sure how to accomplish this with a formula. Any help is appreciated.

Formula will need to use Prod Start as the starting position and Prod End as the end date.
