Formula Help to count

Hi - Looking for a formula to help track sales quantity.

For example I am trying to find the total exact instances of 'HELLO' and check how many units are in the 'SALE QTY'.

As below my current formula returns '4' as a result for 'HELLO' when in fact '5' units have sold.

Any assistance welcome! Thanks

Give this a try:
=SUMIF(B2:B40,"Hello",C2:C40)
or
=SUMIF(B2:B40,A2,C2:C40)
