Formula help

=COUNTIF(O69:O82,">0")-SUMPRODUCT(--(O69:O82>0),--(ISNUMBER(E69:E82)),E69:E82)

Can anyone help me change this formula so it would
Count how many values in between O69:O82, for example it counts 5,

O69 = 2356
O72 = 2366
O75 = 5456
O80 = 5478
O81= 4578

Then add the opposite

E 69 = 0.8 since there is a value in O69


the answer should be 4.8 because I want to add the opposite of 0.8 to the total count

This is why posters should stick to one thread per topic (or revisions to the topic) since it would be easier to follow the "story" or project and perhaps even the person who gave the solution to the original question would easily understand what the OP might really be asking for and come to a quick new solution.
