Hi,

Hope some one can help put this into a formula for me or tell me if it can't be done!!!

If less than 1 = Unacceptable
If greater than and 1 and less than 1.33 = Fair
If greater than 1.33 and less than 1.66 = Acceptable
If greater than 1.66 = Exceptional

You were right. My mistake was in translation. The correct formula is:

=CHOOSE(SUM(A1<1,A1<1.33,A1<1.66,A1<"A"),"Exceptional","Acceptable","Fair","Unacceptable")

In my version of Excel is:

=ESCOLHER(SOMA(A1<1;A1<1,33;A1<1,66;A1<"A");"Exceptional";"Acceptable";"Fair";"Unacceptable")
