Could someone please help with the following...
I'm wanting this all in one statement.

IF cell E3=1 then enter =IF(C3="","Correct","Wrong")
IF cell E3=2 then enter =IF(C3=F3,"Correct","Wrong")
IF cell E3=3 then enter =IF(C3=G3,"Correct","Wrong")
IF cell E3=4 then enter =IF(C3=H3,"Correct","Wrong")
IF cell E3=5 then enter =IF(C3=I3,"Correct","Wrong")

=IF(C3=INDEX(SUBSTITUTE(E3:I3,E3,"",1),E3),"Correct","Wrong")

Unfortunately doesn't allow for mixes of numbers and text
