Hello,

I have this formula,
Code:
=INDIRECT("'Shift 1'!B3")
what I would like to do is use is Cell "B1" in place of "Shift 1" in the formula, so if I type "Shift 2" in cell "B1" it would go to worksheet "Shift 2" and pull cell "B3".

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().

Try it like this...

=INDIRECT("'"&B1&"'!B3")
