Here is my formula...located in cell A1, referencing another spreadsheet.
(='Tree Orders'!H17) I would like to copy this formula to the cells below it (A2, A3, A4, A5 etc..), having the Letter(Column) advance by one each cell down, while the number(row) stays the same....when I perform the copy and paste, I can only get the following result....the row number advances while the column letter stays the same. I would like to have the row number stay the same while the column letter advance.
For example, I'd like the cell formulas to look like this when done...
='Tree Orders'!H17
='Tree Orders'!I17
='Tree Orders'!J17
='Tree Orders'!K17
='Tree Orders'!L17
='Tree Orders'!M17
I can manually enter each formula, but is there a way for me to copy this formula and not have to manually enter each one.
