Formula How to find a word within a cell?

Hi Everyone,
I need to be able to say if a cell contains a number of words then enter that word?
so I've currently got three word I wont to look for but I'm looking for any of then within a sentence.
so I need a formula that will do this in B1
if A1 contains the words "Closed down" then insert "Closed" if not, if a1 contains the word "Help Needed" then "help", if not if a1 contains the word "Opening soon" then instert the words "urgent" if not ""

I don't know how to do the contains the words bit? as it could be anywhere in the Sentence that's in that cell?

Please help if you can
