Formula IF & AND for % calculation

Hi,
I do have a problem with this formula that doesn't work and I don't undestand what I am doing so wrong...
Actaully, I have a Speadsheet with from & to Range and % of the commisions that need to be payed.
I did try with IF-AND IF/VLOOKUP...
The Amount of sales start on the B6...

Can someone help to find out what I am doing wrong, Please?

$50.00	$99.99	50%
$100.00	$249.99	60%
$250.00	$499.99	70%
$500.00	$100,000,000.00	80%

How about:

=VLOOKUP(B6,A9:C14,3,TRUE)

Change A9:C14 to match where your table is.
