formula in Data validation

Hi,

I Have a different Query
for Example :

I have two type of fruit in two columns in sheet2.
in sheet1, I want to give validation for B column
if I entered Apple in Cell A1 in sheet 1 , I should enter any one of them either Banglore, hyderabad or Chennai.
If I entered Oranger In cell A2 I should enter any one of them Warangal , hanmakonda, karnool. like this.
Can we do without using VBA?
