formula in Text Box?

Greetings,
anyone know if it is possible to add a formula to a text box in Excel? (Excel 2002 SP3)

Put the formule in a cell, say M1.
Create your text box. While the text box is active, click in the formula bar and enter =M1. Whatever is in M1 will display in the textbox.
