Formula link ????

In A40 I have this formula =IF(AND(A38>=50000,A38<=99999),A38,"")I now would like in B2 to set a flag if the criteria is met i.e between 50k and 9999
Something like this =IF(A40>=50000and <=99999,"BAND B ","")

But cannot find the correct formula

What about:

=IF(A40="","","BAND B ")

=IF(A38=A40,"B AND B ","")
