Hi everyone,

I have this formula which is counting the number of days that fall between two dates 15/06/20/20 and 30/09/2020, but now I need it also for another range and I don't know how to do it.

B43: 12/06/2020 (the first day of the holiday)
C43: 14/06/2020 (the last day of the holiday)
F40: 16/06/2020 (16/09/2020 - 30/09/2020 the intervallo that I need to count the days of holidays that fall between these to days)
G40: 30/09/2020

But I need to add to the formula another intervallo so 15/10/2020 - 10/12/2020. I can do it seperatly for each range but I was curious if it can be done in a solo formula for both ranges.

=MAX(0;NETWORKDAYS(MAX(B43;$F$40);MIN(C43;$G$40);$C$9:$C$20))

Thank you,
