I need to create a formula that will calculate the amount of vacation time employees have based on their length of service with the company. Vacation time accrues monthly. Below is a breakdown of the accrual.

<TABLE style="WIDTH: 94pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=125 border=0 x:str><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 94pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 4571" width=125><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD style="BORDER-RIGHT: #d4d0c8; BORDER-TOP: #d4d0c8; BORDER-LEFT: #d4d0c8; WIDTH: 94pt; BORDER-BOTTOM: #d4d0c8; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent" width=125 height=17>1.25 days accrual each month to employees 10+ years</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD style="BORDER-RIGHT: #d4d0c8; BORDER-TOP: #d4d0c8; BORDER-LEFT: #d4d0c8; BORDER-BOTTOM: #d4d0c8; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent" height=17>.83 days per month to employees 2+ years</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 12.75pt" height=17><TD style="BORDER-RIGHT: #d4d0c8; BORDER-TOP: #d4d0c8; BORDER-LEFT: #d4d0c8; BORDER-BOTTOM: #d4d0c8; HEIGHT: 12.75pt; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent" height=17>.42 days days per month employees 1+ years</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

Thanks for your help
