Formula needed

I need a formula that will compare two worksheets of data and if the ID numbers in column A of each worksheet match but the values in column B do not, then bring that "different" value from column B into the cell with the formula... this may be a variation on vLookup or ???
 

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.

Better explanation: I need a formula that will compare two worksheets of data and if the ID number in column A of the 1st worksheet matches a value in Column A on the second but the values in each column B does not, then bring that "different" value from column B into the cell with the formula... this may be a variation on vLookup or ???
