I have a spreadsheet that I imput data from the income statement in SAP.
When I imput the numbers onto the spreadsheet I have to input them as 1000.
Can you tell me what formula I can enter on the spreadsheet that would allow the numbers to transfer over to "1000" if I enter them as they appear on the income statement.

Example: Income Statement
Number appears as: 25,674
When entering number on the spreadsheet I normally would enter the number as: 26

Not too clear on what you are asking. Are you copying and pasting these numbers? you could try

=round((Cell)/1000,0)

so it will make 25,674 into 26, 5,267 into 5, 600 into 1 and 200 into 0

hope this helps.
