Hi GURUs,

When I try to add to cells in a worksheet, it gives me only zero. Where as my co-worker gets the result.

What do I need to make changes in settings, etc?

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
What formula are you using? Are you sure that the refermced cells contain numbers rather than text entries that look like numbers (you can use the ISNUMBER function to check)?

it is number formatted. but it is not working on my pc but my co-worker can add those cells.

The format doesn't matter. That only affects how the cell appears, not what it contains. What does the ISNUMBER function return when applied to one of the offending cells?

And both of those cells contain numbers? If so I can't think of a reason that your formula returns zero. Have you tried pressing F9 to calculate?
