Formula or Code to repeat a pattern.

Hi all,

I need a solution to fill down a pattern of numbers like the following.

1-1

1-2

1-3

1-4

<tbody>
</tbody>

All the way to 1-40, and then switch to 2-1, 2-2, ......

2-1

2-2

2-3

2-4

<tbody>
</tbody>

This pattern will need to repeat up to 1000 times.



Any help will be greatly appreciated.

=INT(ROW(A40)/40)&"-"&MOD(ROW(A40),40)+1
