Hi All,

This is probably way way out of my depth with excel... But I love it

I have a dispatch register where we update the date received column when we receive an email from the lab. This allows us to determine the time it takes us to send off samples, process them to when we receive the data.
The subject contains the order number but not perfectly. For example, our spread sheet has a submission number of SAM21050801and the email will come back with a subject of "Order No : SAM21050801".

I'd like to have something running in the background (without slowing the workbook down significantly) that can go through my inbox, look for the matching subject to the submission number (Column F) and bring back the data the email was received (column G). I think it would be possible, I'm just not sure how to go about it.

Any help would be much appreciated :)

Thank you!
