Just wondering if anyone can tell me how to fix this formula, I have several sheets and what I have done is put a formula in Project Name, Project Overseer and Date so that when someone uses it they dont have to enter these 3 things in every sheet, I have gone into all the sheets except the first one and put in the cells these formulas. It works but when there is nothing on the first sheet the first two show a 0 and the date shows 1/1/1900 I would like them to be blank if there is nothing on the first page; can someone help please?

='Job Costing'!C6:H6 Project Name
='Job Costing'!C8:E8 Project Overseer
='Job Costing'!G8:H8 Date

I'd use an if construction:

=IF('Job Costing'!G8:H8<=0, "", 'Job Costing'!G8:H8)

Thanks for that it works well,

That cannot work... It should be something like:

=IF(ISNUMBER('Job Costing'!G8),'Job Costing'!G8,"")

The two others...

=IF('Job Costing'!C6="","",'Job Costing'!C6)

=IF('Job Costing'!C8="","",'Job Costing'!C8)

Yeah I know the range is a bit iffy. but the formula returned the desired result with <=0 rather than =""!
