I hope someone can help me, it’s been a few months since I constructed a formula, there seems to be a lot that I have forgotten

I am trying to construct a formula that will say the following

Working from cell n3,

If m3 is blank leave n3 blank, otherwise if today’s date id between m3 and m3-10, then display “SEND REM”. However if today’s date is higher than that in M3 display “MISSED SLA”

Any advice will be great.

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
I think this is what you're looking for:

=IF(ISBLANK(M3),"",IF(AND(M3<=TODAY(),M3>=TODAY()-10),"SEND REM","MISSED SLA"))

Sorry I meant to add that if m3 is less that m3-10 display “safe”, would it be possible to add this to the formula

Sorry, don't understand what you're looking for. M3 less than M3-10 creates a circular reference...?
