The following formula will sort a range of cells from small to large removing duplicates.
Is there a way to change the formula to sort from the largest value to the smallest?

=IFERROR(AGGREGATE(15,6,$A2:$O2/($A2:$O2<>"")/(ISNA(MATCH($A2:$O2,$P2:P2,0))),1),"")

Thank you

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Try:

=IFERROR(AGGREGATE(14,6,$A2:$O2/($A2:$O2<>"")/(ISNA(MATCH($A2:$O2,$P2:P2,0))),1),"")
