testing a stock system and need to create this formula:
Peak-subsequent low, much appreciated.

Excel Facts

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Any particular formula?

Come on, give us a chance by giving us some details.

See if this does what you want. Formula in C3 is an array formula so should be entered without the {} but confirmed with Ctrl+Shift+Enter, not just Enter. If confirmed correctly Excel will enclose the formula in {}. Both formulas copied down. If you want, column B could be hidden after populating the formulas. Row 2 could also be hidden.
