Formula question

Hello everyone....can you help with the following:


If, for example, B4 has "Printing Supplies" written in it as text, I'd like the corresponding box, C4, to populate "4103000" (and ideally vice versa)



So, in this case it ISN'T the same cell that would change but rather the cell next to it.



Also, can I add additional formulas in the same cell for different descriptions, in other words B4 might have a whole host of different descriptions that would automatically generate a corresponding number in C4

If you create a lookup table of descriptions and corresponding numbers then you could use VLOOKUP http://www.contextures.com/xlFunctions02.html
