I want to be able to generate a unique list based on having a formula check all workbooks for location (column a:a:), then job order (column b:b). Once it has checked both columns, I would like to create a list based on the unique orders found. Oh! And if someone could tell me how, I can post an example of the workbooks.

Thanks to all the braniacs for the help, in advance...

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Hi Mike:

To post part of your worksheet on MrExcel Board use HTMLmaker (Colo's Cool utility) downloadable from the bottom of this MrExcel page!

If you have successfully downloaded HTMLmaker utility, it is to be installed as an Add-in for the EXCEL application. When it has been installed as an Add-in, you will see a menu item HTML added to the main menu bar next to Help.

If you see the HTML menu item on the main menu bar, to post part of your worksheet on MrExcel Board, select the referenced cells on the worksheet, then click on the HTML menu item, and then follow the directions from the dialog box that pops up.

There are a number of posts on this subject -- so you may also want to view those posts on the Board for additional help.
