Formula returning the only non blank text result

Hello,

How to I write the formula in order to return the only non blank data per line:
For example, F2 result => check all cells (A2:E2) and return text "7-2018"

As you say its the only non blank you could use this:

=LOOKUP(2,1/(A2:E2<>""),A2:E2)

If they've been entered as dates, you can use:
=MAX(A2:E2)

If they're text values, try:
=INDEX(A2:E2,MATCH(REPT("z",255),A2:E2))
