I have a data set on the left hand I have dates in series (i.e. 28-Feb-21, 1-Mar-21, 2-Mar-21 and so on..). Now against each date I want to return a value if a particular date is within that range. The challenge I am facing is the date range where the data is being captured is non-linear. I am attaching a sample, if any one can help me with an formula which can be used in cells B2:B14 where formula does not need to be changed when the date changes to next month.

I don't want to use macros as this will be used by non-macro users.
Any help would be highly appreciated !

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
