Is it possible to set a template in a worksheet so to speak so I can load data in to successive worksheets without filling down formulas everytime.

For instance: I have a formula that fills down in coulmn A which calculates values in column B which are used by formulas in column D and E with set fields in column C.

Can I save this to a template so that I can load new data in column A and not have to retype and fill everything.

Many thanks for you help

Hi Nat,

Yes, just save the "blank" template, with all the empty formulas as a template file.

Go to Save as - and for "Sa as Type" choose Template (*.xlt)

Then, when you open this, you will not modify the original, you will create a new workbook with ll the empty fomula cells ready for input.

Hope this helps !
