Formula to add monthly amount from a different worksheet

Hello peeps,

I have a formula picking up data from a different worksheet that adds the monthly attendance numbers if it matches certain criteria. This is working fine. I have tweaked this formula to pick up data from a different worksheet to add the monthly amount if it matches certain criteria. However, it's not working!

I've attached a link to the workbook - formula is on Summary Sheet, cell D69, etc...


Any help would be appreciated, thank you...
 

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
It needs to be >=D67 rather than >D67
