Formula to calculate a % of a total

Column D Column E
Green 1
Red 2
Blue 5
Orange 7
Yellow 8
Blue 6
Green 2

Is there any way to write a formula that will analyze the Column D and E, and return which Category Color has the highest total if you add up Column E?

For instance, Blue appears twice in the Column D and has a total of 11. IS there any forumula that would return the answer as Blue or Blue 11?
