Hi all,

I hope someone can help.

I have a large XLS and I have a table of unit prices and then a separate sheet with costs by year. The problem is that each year is a single cell and the number of units increases by 10k each month. Is there a formula that will allow me to derive the yearly cost that accounts for the 10k monthly growth in units? THANKS!

Hi, welcome to the board.

There probably IS such a formula, but it's difficult to say for certain as you've given us not very much information.

Please give us a small sample of your data (make up some realistic data if your real data is secret) and say what you want the results to be.
Post SEVERAL DIFFERENT examples so we can see how the data varies.

Don't worry too much about describing the real world application of your situation, that's probably not too important.
The main thing is to describe your data clearly, and exactly what you want to do with it.
