Is there any way to calculate this with the informatio provided, I can figure out the formulas required to correctly calculate the remaining weeks based on the number of resources and the effort working on the tasks:

Excel 2010
BC
39Priojected Calendar Time for Remaining Tasks
40Number of Tasks Remaining12
41Projected Calendar Time Remaining for Tasks264
42Add Contingency10%
43Total Projected Calendar Weeks Remaining290
44
45Projected Time Remaining Calculator
46Number of Writers1.00
47Team Efficiency100%
48Percentage Work Time Spent on Project50%
49Projected Time Remaining
Sheet1

So if is 290 weeks remaining (each task takes 26 weeks), how do you accuarately create a formula that will calcualte the time remaining based on numbers changing ( i.e. increase in writers, increase in % work spent on project) and also the team efficiancy?

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
