Formula to Combine/Merge and NET SUM two unique lists

Hi All, I'm trying to "merge" two separate lists (smiliar but not identical) into one master list that shows all possible locations ONLY ONCE and SUMS the net value of the combined totals per location. Please see attached, i hope Im explaining this correctly. Thanks so much for anyones help!

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
